We have only one program per webinar. Once the webinar is over, we manually insert a piece of script that embeds the recording - hosted in Wistia - on the former registration TY page. And then we'll flip a token in that program that triggers java script to change the former live webinar reg page in...
From what I understand so far, these fields can be a replacement for "burner" or "flex" fields you usually have to create in your database to store very specific form information. E.g. a second opt in box which asks for a specific permission. Now you can save that information on program level instea...
Well, I would certainly not create as many Marketo programs/Salesforce campaigns as you have sources. Using Campaign Member Statuses in Salesforce for sources is not a bad idea, yet not the common use case for this status. Usually they rather represent progression statuses like "Sent", "Responded" o...
First of all, I would consider pushing back on this request. The extra people somebody adds have not given explicit consent to receive emails, which I think should be mandatory before you add somebody to the database. It hides in this sentence:"Custom Objects can only directly lin...
Just for clarity on your phrase "not all person records with the same Company ID": If you link a Custom Object to a Marketo Company Object, only Contacts are being associated with the CO. If you happen to have Leads in Salesforce that are underneath Salesforce Accounts, these would not show up.
We had the same issue a few weeks back. It magically went away after 15 minutes or so. I know, not a great answer, but I'm pretty certain it's nothing systematic. Just a temporary outage.
I'm pretty sure I don't have all the answers, but me let me try as good as I can. First of all, this priority list is still valid as far as I know: 1) I don't think it makes a difference2) That depends on your setup. As far as I know, batches and triggers work independently from each other, and if ...
This looks like a use case for a Person Report with Custom Columns to me. Create a Person Report.Smart List = Member of Program (I suppose you have all On24 registrants in that program?)Custom Columns: Member of Program and Status = No-Show; Member of Program and Status = Attended, Member of Program...
