Is there a work around or 3rd party tool? We are happy customers of Drift Email, formerly known as Siftrock. https://www.drift.com/product/email/ They do exactly what you're looking for plus much more. And they integrate nicely with Marketo.
Couple more hints to report types I find helpful:Engagement Program Performance - only if you're running Engagement Programs, of course. But it's a decent, easy to set up report, which I would encourage everyone to set up for each EP you're running. Have it sent to you as often as the EP fires, so y...
We are using DemandBase, DiscoverOrg (soon to be replaced by Zoominfo) and Clearbit. All of them work the way Philipp described, as webhooks outgoing from Marketo with a response that populates Marketo data fields. 60% match rate sounds about right to me, but only for non-ISP email domains. Naturall...
I don't know. I tested with both Phone Temp - which is a string type field - and Phone - which is a phone type field - and both of them rendered fine on the landing page. Are you really, really sure your token name is correct? The token for the standard field "Phone" is {{lead.Phone Number}} - at le...
I don't see why that should not work. You have to click that email from a real email send to you in order to populate the Marketo tracking token correctly. A click from the email preview or a sample send won't cut it.
If I am understanding the first suggestion, are you saying: Keep all of the emails in the engagement program streams and set the cadence in the smart campaign? No, I wouldn't say that. Usually you set your cadence in the "Stream Cadence" in your Engagement Program. You can set your emails to be se...
What do you mean by "nested"? You have an Engagement Program, that Engagement Program has Streams, and in these streams you are not using emails, but default programs, right? And these default programs you call nested? Or does nested mean, that the default program lives underneath the Engagement Pro...
You're right. You can't "see" the Custom Object in the sense that you could view it as a list or export it. The purpose for the CO to exist in Marketo is to be used in Smart Lists for filtering persons. We have a couple of COs being linked to the Company object, and if you filter on them ("Has Custo...
I'm out of ideas. Want to jump into a quick online meeting and show me your program? Probably I'm seeing something I haven't seen yet.
Yes, that's funky too. You just have to delete the filters. The triggers can't be deleted, they will magically go away after you delete the filters. One more try: Your 5 leads don't happen to have "Unsubscribed = TRUE"?
