Hi @Amod_Kumar_Shar,   Send alert means you are sending a real-time alert email to sales owners or to other email addresses (who need not even have records in Marketo), for example when a lead fills out a form   Send email means sending email to leads themselves   Both types use Marketo email templates + emails.   Hope this helps!   Thanks, Disha ...
