Oh, that's what you're asking. Well, you might for instance set those records to "Marketing Suspended = TRUE". That wouldn't remove them from programs though, but it would prevent them from receiving any - non-operational - emails.

Looks to me as if you are on the right path. Are you sure you selected "Email Link Performance" and not "Email Performance"? I find selecting and saving reports in "Analytics" a little clunky at times. I'd suggest to go into your email sending program, select "New Local Asset", "Report -> Email Link...
