I'm with the same group. Somehow whenever we attempt to create a hyperlink around text in the email editor the link automatically converts to the standard blue text / underlined hyperlink format. How do you customize this in the Email editor?

The easiest path here is to, thorugh the campaign sync in Marketo, use Marketo to create the Salesforce campaign. By doing so, the member statuses and the program costs will get synched automatically so that you don't have to custom-build SFDC campaigns or create workflows to synch.
