That's one way... you may also want to look at Breno's comment about whitelisting Marketo's IPs. You'll need to get your network administrator involved on that front.

Thaanks Josh. I thought it had something to do with that, but it's the first time I've seen this error show up. Our SFDC instance has some validation rules that may block insertions in some cases...would those validation rules trigger this message?

What do I lose when a program goes into the archive?Does analytics continue to report on it?Campaigns are not turned off, I've confirmed that is the case.
It doesn't look like you have an option to set up the calendar event reminder if you use the program token, however. Is this accurate?
You can set up a trigger campaign anytime the score moves from less than 100 to over 100 and set the qualification rules to only run the lead through the campaign once. Use the current system date token to populate the field on the first time and make sure it's read only in SFDC.
