Thanks Saurabh, I was aware of the custom fields solution but am not too experienced with them yet. (my team is however). this would solve part of the problem but we'd still have issues around capturing consents from friends & family, but this is another conversation!thanks, Mike

hi Darshil, sorry for taking a while....So you would ignore the smartlists we have in the database for inactive/active users for my triggered campaign & simply create a list (would this be at program level)? what would the setup of the static list(s) look like please? thanks, Mike
