Just another idea for a normalization flow: Collect "Job Title" on a form as a free text field. (That is usually the case, as you can't really foresee what job titles your audience might come up with). And then normalize "Job Title" into "Job Role" by using a filter like Job Title contains "marketin...
What do you mean by "I don't have cadences set up"? That doesn't make much sense in an Engagement Program, as a stream has to have a cadence. And it seems to me you create confusions between transition rules - or Smart Campaigns that manage stream transitions - and wait steps that are different base...
Okay, Engagement Map seems to be the appropriate term for this. A canvas is a thing that implies painting and creating which - so far - is not possible. So I wonder: Are we only looking at version 1 of this Smart Campaign visualization and will be seeing the real thing where we can drag and drop flo...
I guess the only real advantage of having your email sending programs nested under the EP is that you can clone the whole thing. But we like it more if the EP itself is devoid of content. Did you check the respective fields like "SFDC Type" in the right hand side nav of the token?
I wonder if I'm missing something here, but it seems to me that I can't "build" or "manage" anything in this canvas, can I? All edit buttons lead me back to the classic Smart Campaign view. Actually I had expected this canvas to be an alternative editor.
Your questions sounds as if you knew that this is not supposed to work, right? https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/how-to-track-tokenized-links-in-email-assets/ta-p/254486 So no, I don't have an immediate idea. You might want to reconsider your process if you really need that link tracking.
No, script looks correct to me. There must be something else in play here. I assume the Form ID exists and URLs and Munchkin are examples, right?
