The error is most likely caused by Google Captcha. And I think you have in fact 3 forms on that page. Two of them - the search boxes - point to https://conscia.com/se/ while the Marketo form point to your LP domain www2.conscia.com. I'd investigate in that direction.

I have never seen the report column "Aborted", so I dare say it doesn't exist. Interesting piece of documentation though. No, there is no Smart List Filter on "Aborted". You could try using this combination of filters, but for me, the result is 0.
Did you approve that landing page after changing and approving the landing page template?

The communication limit (x email in x days to one person allowed) are the same for Smart Campaigns and Email Programs. But Email Programs don't have a processing limit. And to the ...
