HI Ronen Wasserman, on step 6 when you marked them 'acquired by' is there any issue with the date they were acquired and the opportunity analyzer? If your original program acquired them on May 1 but the new channel update acquired them on October 1, would that impact your opportunity analyzer?
Marketo is taught at a college in San Luis Obispo, CA and I assume they use some sort of demo account. Perhaps there's a way your friend could take the course that Cal Poly offers if they give an online version?
If I create a link with UTM parameters that have utm_campaign, utm_medium and utm_source does it matter what order I put them in? I found a site that helped create them that recommended campaign then medium then source but another site created a link with source then medium then campaign.
I am setting up Marketo plugins for my field team using Outlook, but next year we are migrating to Office 365. I can't find any information about a Marketo Plugin using that email client. I looked in docs but it just lists Gmail and Outlook - is Office 365 not covered by the plugin?
