I do and I often wish there was more documentation. Like the recent release said "Content Analytics and Recommendations Export" is a new feature, but I'm not sure what area that's referring to. Is that for RTP?

Dead user is a new role I made with 0 permissions - so they could log in but see nothing beyond the community (which is standard with any account).

Could you use acquisition program for this? Mine usually work that the first time a lead interacts with a program (usually by doing some behavior) the acquisition program is set for them / I have a campaign to write it for certain programs.
