Do you have a light and dark mode version of the image? If so, you might want to remove the dark mode version of the image. I know that can cause duplication of images when the email is forwarded in outlook.

If you're looking for records that are created in Marketo from CRM sync, you can look at Original Source Type and Info. It should list your CRM in the Original Source Type drop down when you build the smart list.

To go along the lines of this idea, version history would be good and an audit log where I can see all the changes done to the smart list or flow steps would be helpful especially when there are multiple team members working on it.

When i export a smart campaign engagement map, there are flow steps that are cut off and end with "..." without showing the full asset name, and also "and 1 more attribute" is shown. I would want this to be shown in an export, otherwise the map is incomplete to my stakeholders.

I just dealt with this same EXACT issue and in the same time frame as you. We only just figured out the solution that you found. That the contact record itself has to be re-synced. Were you able to figure out the cause of this sync outage? Because it seems the syncing of the accounts on new records ...
