Would love to use Engagement Map even for email program smart lists as it's the easiest way to see the smart list criteria fully and ability to copy and paste the smart list criteria is valuable. Currently engagement map is only available for smart campaigns.

If I understood your scenario correctly, create that new program, then I would just add to the current smart campaign trigger flow step. Here is an example. Your status might not be exactly this, but you should get the idea.

What is a "key is null" and "skipped" error?how do you handle this one? would you manually sync the existing record from CRM to Marketo then merge them? a record was not created or updated because a duplicate of the current record already exists.

Thanks for the reply. I am the only person in Marketo admin who can make any changes to this. I'm not sure if changes keep reverting by itself or if anything happening in Dynamics could trigger it to be unchecked for any reason. I have asked Marketo Support and they did not address it after letting...

We are noticing that in our Sync Field Details, where we check off the CRM fields to sync, the fields that were checked are now unchecked. What can trigger this to happen? This is a recurring issue and I don't know how to fix this. We have to keep checking manually that the fields are still checked ...
