In the Dynamic Chat included version, you can use Automated Chat flows, meeting booking, routing rules, analytics etc. In paid version you have live chat, GenAI features, advance routing options, conversational flows etc. ...

Hello @TK9 Great question. We are working towards introducing "Agents Online" option both in dialogue targeting and conditional branching which is exactly for these usecases. Right now, you can configure the global fallbacks when an agent is not available.
