I spoke too soon - it appears to be live now! I am not sure why there are no release notes, but the AppExchange has been updated with a new release on 7/7/20. Documentation has also been updated.

This report is very limited and you can't add any fields to it. TBH we used it at my last company and it was such a pain to maintain for every sales rep, I wish we had never started it!

A less technical option is to let them be created, then run a smart list subscription monthly to send you a list of those people, and you go in and manually delete them. Thats what we're doing right now.

To clarify, the "Random Sample" is a filter that you use on an "add choice" within a flow step. I couldn't find a Marketo doc about it but here's a screenshot

It is not yet available. I had heard it would release in July, but it's unfortunately not on the list of July feature releases.

It won't break your programs. But if you have any SFDC campaigns synced to programs at the program level (as opposed to flow steps) you'll need to update the campaigns. Recommend updating the campaigns first and then the Marketo channel statuses.
