If you add these people to a separate static list first, then you can add a choice to the "send email" step, and say "if member of [list], do nothing" as your first choice, default is send email.

This report is pretty limited and you can't add any additional columns that are not in that drop-down option

Are there any similarities in the contact info of the registrants? I think with GTW sometimes you'll get reg errors with weird characters in the fields. Also are you sure that these reg errors were not for webinars that already passed?

I was able to appease our Security Team by doing quarterly exports of user activity for anyone with Admin priveliges.
