Is the number in Salesforce less than or greater than the count in the nurture? It could be due to SFDC sync issues if the count in SFDC is less than.
According to support communications limits are based on the lead, not the email address. Additionally, a lead can only exist in one lead partition at a time. You will not find out of the box fields I believe, however you can upload the data into existing fields and then implement velocity scripting.

We created a custom formula field in Marketo/SFDC called "Marketo Sync Duration." In a SFDC Campaign with Leads report we then compare the Created Date/Time with Marketo CreatedDate (set equal to today) and Marketo Sync Duration not equal to "".
@Danny_Tran5 Zoom didn't buy RC but they do have the same legacy set up. I unfortunately couldn't find the Zoom documentation. Do you have the Custom Object set up?
