Thank you @Jo_Pitts1 for that potential solution! Best regards,LK
Thanks Sanford! I just tested this with my Gmail and Outlook addresses and, unfortunately, it appears that Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo do not support the SMS protocol - those ESPs are kind of the biggest players in our database so that's too bad. 😐 More on that in this article.
Hello Community! Our sales team is wondering if it's possible to create a link in an email that, instead of automatically defaulting to calling a phone number (i.e. the tel:+19995550000), it would open up an SMS window on the person's phone enabling them to text the phone number? Thank you,LK
Thanks Sanford - yes, thinking through this it sounds like it would be a lot of work and potentially time-consuming. I'll talk to our team and get their thoughts on it. I'll let you know if they decide to move forward and we need help implementing a Velocity script token.

Would the member then go on to the next (new) step after...
Thank you Darshil...To confirm, as long as the people are in a Wait Step that is higher up in the Flow (in this case, they are in Flow step 6), they will be able to receive the emails sent from the new Flow steps that were added? Just want to be clear as I need to communicate back to the team.
Hello Community, We created a campaign that has multiple Send Email and Wait steps. We are running this campaign daily and have already run it a couple of times before. Yesterday, the team added new Send Email and Wait steps (11 in total), and I want to confirm if anyone who was run through the camp...
