how would Marketo process the JSON? Thank you.Great question! Marketo would save this JSON string as-is in the Person Notes field (i.e., exactly the way you submit in the field during the form POST). Of course, you can use the Velocity script to convert this valid JSON string to the parseable Veloci...
Well, if you have content in an editable module, then post updating your templates, you'd have to remove the stale module and re-add it in each email asset that's using the template. The idea is that an editable module in your email can actually already have email-specific content so the template up...
Yes! I am seeing this and other "tree updates" related issues too lately (mostly after the last product release in July). The Marketo's engineering team is aware of this and they should fix it soon. If you haven't already, you should log a support ticket so they can keep track of the impact.

As a rule of thumb, if the person’s cadence gets updated back to the Normal state before the next cast and person is marketable and hasn’t reached their communication limits, then yes the person would be sent email from the engagement program in the next cast. You should add the numbers of days you ...
Well, the first stream, i.e., the Awareness stream will still be considered as the default stream regardless of it having any content in it or not. So you’d still need a step to change the stream to Consideration stream after adding people to the nurture program.
