Unfortunately we only offer invoices for our Enterprise customers who are billed annually. You can find the receipts for your monthly bill on at the bottom of your billing page.
While we do not email receipts, if you are on a monthly plan you can find them on your billing page at the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately an authentication error is an error we receive from your Server and is not something we control in ToutApp.Could you sync up with your email admin to verify you have the correct credentials and then try to re-authenticate from here?
