Okay. The clicks and opens are the things I care about tracking most. So as long as they are syncing in the activity history, then I'm good!! Thanks Sanford!- Danielle
Hmm let me make sure I understand correctly. so if someone opened an email and clicked. Only the opened email will be logged. We won't know if the person clicked?- Danielle

We had updated it in SFDC a few weeks ago. And it's still assigning leads in a certain territory to the wrong person. So we're thinking it's on the Marketo side because it's a web form completion that keeps being assigned to the wrong person.
I took a look, and doesn't seem like I have any programs that assigns leads to our sales team. So there isn't a settings area where I can update lead assignments?
I have a new lead owner that needs to receive all leads that a previous user would normally receive. Where do i go to update this?

It looks like Email Programs are able to update my Salesforce activities for a lead whenever they click/open an email. However, I am wondering if I were to use a Default Program with an Email channel, if the Salesforce activities for a lead would record clicks/opens. Or would I have to set up trigge...
