Looks like you have a spreadsheet with the new values for certain leads - would suggest to upload the list directly and the values would change wherever those are different.

With People Performance Report - there're just endless possibilities!
Yes, that's a caveat and if one needs to stay within People Performance Report to address it, it'll be a good idea to use an engagement field on lead instead of filters of activity, for defining & adding custom columns - for example, Scores.
Support can setup a custom field which can enable custom sync. Ask Support to create a field called SYNC (say) and enable a rule to sync to SFDC only if SYNC=TRUE. You can mark that custom field as TRUE when a lead qualifies, using a smart campaign.
