I couldn't find that link either. However, I realised that if I looked at the profile of someone like Josh Hill and then clicked on their ranking that I could see the top people in terms of points. Josh Hill is number 1 at level 9 so I reckon there are no level 10 people...yet.

That's where I am at in my skills but Sanford will have better options so if you can follow his advice then great.
