Twilio is the one I still see used most often for this integration and another solution that couples well with it to send the messages in a no code like fashion is Jeto

And that was after asking Marketo support to resync the users table from MSD?
Not without them clicking through on the post. Marketo would only be able to see that activity because of the munchkin code. If they're only liking, commenting or sharing the post within the social platform, there's nothing for Marketo to see/track.
