100% agree - it should be simple for both uploading and APIs not-to-mention that it's also respectful, especially in countries like Germany where getting someone's name wrong is very poor.

A nice idea in principle but most companies do already have chat/instant messaging capabilities outside of Marketo so I am not sure how much extra value this would really add.

I agree and like this idea but it would need to be moderated somehow or to have rules so that only appropriately qualified people can contribute.
I think if it could be based on evidence then yes it would be useful. If it's just opinion about Best Practice then no. I realise that evidence based testing is very very difficult to achieve across a community. The length counter would be a good start though.
