We debate this one a lot too - it just feels odd to gate a video as a user experience. One option I've seen used is to record a preview and let people watch that and then ask them to complete a form to watch more. I am not convinced about that as a user experience though.
One idea could be to craft a really bad email with poor messaging and ask them if it's fine to send out to the customer as that might make your point well. The only problem is if they say they love it!
Fully agree - we do the same, especially for countries like Sweden where it's impossible to contact people in the summer.

That was what I was driving towards - if your duplicated emails were in stream 1, 2, 3 (or whatever) then you can use transition rule triggers to move leads from program A to program B but just have them join after the stream with the duplicated emails because you can tell Marketo to have them join ...
As a practical suggestion if you only have 4 emails why not wait until the streams are done and then consolidate going forwards with new email content? You will have good reasons but I wonder if consolidating when you only have 4 emails might use more of your time than it's worth.Marketo won't dupli...
A nice idea in principle but most companies do already have chat/instant messaging capabilities outside of Marketo so I am not sure how much extra value this would really add.
