I would say during the day the dress is whatever you are comfortable with. Some people wear skirts and heels others are comfortable in jeans and a nice top. The evening parties are generally more dressy but remember we are heading to the Bay and it is always cool and breezy there.

Question are the time zones you cater too fields in Salesforce? You could almost set up smart campaigns and have them filtered by time zones. Then you could add wait steps to ensure all emails are sent out at the correct times for the specific time zones.
