I am transitioning into more of a digital operations analyst position so this thread is intriguing. From my perspective, I am leaving more of the day to day grind work and can use the digital marketing reports to gain more high-level strategic decisions.

I would say during the day the dress is whatever you are comfortable with. Some people wear skirts and heels others are comfortable in jeans and a nice top. The evening parties are generally more dressy but remember we are heading to the Bay and it is always cool and breezy there.
