I LOVE Tennessee winter running - not sure that is the same as DC running . Thank you and I will definitely let you know if there are any races coming up close to DC.

It is a great race to get into! I did the Disney Marathon this year and I have a few more half's this year. Will do the Rock n' Roll Marathon in my hometown early next year.

I would say during the day the dress is whatever you are comfortable with. Some people wear skirts and heels others are comfortable in jeans and a nice top. The evening parties are generally more dressy but remember we are heading to the Bay and it is always cool and breezy there.
