Great news! Do the chat support people have access to our instance like regular support reps?
We also have used BrightTALK to replay webinars. It's very easy—they set it up for you and it runs at the scheduled time and you don't even have to be on the platform at that time.
What's the end-user experience like for this? We've talked about doing this for our weekly demo. Did you ever have people live (on mic) at the end answering questions or just via chat?

That sounds frustrating and weird. I recommend opening a support ticket.
I understand Engagement programs in theory, but in practice they're really complicated. I can't conceptualize how this would be done with a custom object. I would love to see screenshots and explanations, and an understanding of why an Engagement program makes more sense than a Default.
