Thanks, Alokhowever, if i understand correctly, this filed will appear underneath the original field, right?not right next to the "Other" optiondoes this also mean i'd have to create a new field for the "blank" answer?

well, it seems i'm continuing to have these issues even in Chrome and Explorermoreover, sometimes it works for me but do not work for my colleagues who try to submit the form from different computercan't imagine what it might be or how to solve this
