There are a number of them - a good starting point is a Launchpoint partner like RingLead or similar because they will understand the Marketo end as well as the SFDC one. Probably best to work with your SFDC Admin to pick a tool that will fit your processes.

Just a note - make sure your API limit in SFDC can handle the quantity of records that will need to sync and that Marketo itself can handle the volume without creating any delays in the sync. Open a ticket with support to make sure, or break it up in two or more chunks.
The scoring campaigns might have triggers that do not account for the fact that the email bounced. Hard to say without seeing the scoring campaigns. You need to find what works for you. Keep in mind that Marketo will organize things 0-9 and a-z, so keep that in mind while coming up with your system. Christina's solution is a great example. Ultimately, you need to set up naming conventions and structures and be consistent in their use.
