I often need to sort records in a smart list by the values in columns that cannot currently be sorted. The only solution is to export the smart list and sort in Excel. It would be very convenient to be able to sort a smart list by any column.

When using Rich Text tokens, the HTML code is also visible on the text version of the email and it is tedious to remove it. An HTML to Text Email Converter would be useful to "translate" HTML tokens to plain text.

When using Program Tokens in an email subject line MSI will show {{my.Subject Line}} instead of the actual value of the token. That defeats the purpose of using tokens.

Hi Bruce,The time zone setting you are looking for says "Daylight Time" and then the name of a major city like New York or Los Angeles: (GMT-04:00) Eastern Daylight Time (America/New_York) (EDT)
