HI Mark,You could create a system of smart lists with the filter "was sent email", "not was sent email" and date constraint. That will allow you to see who was sent what email and by exclusion who is getting the next one.

Hi Ralph, In order to see who clicked, you can Create a Smart List and add a filter "Clicked Link in Email. Select your email from the picklist and the names of the people who clicked on your email will appear on the leads tab.
Monica, did you try to see if you can rename the field by clicking on the word Role above the separation line? I have successfully renamed fields like that in the past.
