HI Allison,Are you using smart campaigns to change the Program Status of the leads? If so, you could sync leads at that point. However, syncing from individual campaigns is not ideal. I would advice creating an overall sync campaign that reacts to the criteria you determine - in this case, it would ...
Hi Jeff,I had a similar question and I received a pretty brilliant explanation from Marketo Support:"Casts of a nurture stream are independent of the success or failure of the campaign inside the cast. So if you have a program in a nurture stream and a lead fails to qualify for the campaign, Marketo...
Hi Swetha, Have a look at this article and see if that clarifies: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L59HCAS# I pasted here a couple of paragraphs: Acquisition-related measures are labeled FT, for first-touch attribution. Acquisition-related measures give credit to th...

Go into the Tags in the Admin section, find the channel of your program, and open in edit.Renumber the steps so that the stage leads are currently in and the previous one are in the same step number. Then run a single flow action on the ...
I prefer to keep the unsubscribes in the database and filter them out as needed. Kim's suggestion is also a good idea. I recently had to deal with a migration from one platfrm to another and I could easily mark all the unsubscribes without much digging.
Hi Sergiu, while it is true that you can use an already exsisting user, it can get very confusing for you to trace back Marketo driven actions versus user drven actions if the user is the same. It might be investing into a new license if you used them all up already. If it is not possible, then, try...
