When customizing our Channel program statuses, we have hidden specific Marketo "default" statuses. These hidden statuses are still listed as values when filtering by specific values, causing a lot of confusion for our field marketers. Please only show those values that are active.
Thanks Jeff. But email is not a component here. We'll be sending the execs a box containing some branded items, including a flash drive that will have an HTML file on it that will direct them to a Marketo landing page should they click on the link. We will also print the URLs (using PURLs) on a p...
Pam - Thanks for chiming in here. But what you've described is not entirely correct. Using your example above, I'll refer to our Global/Default workspace (where our shared assets exist) as "Workspace A". Correct Not true. I can clearly see every landing page across all workspaces that are using...
Ashley - this issue is now resolved for us. I believe they fixed this a couple of weeks ago.
We're about to launch a direct mail campaign within a single account to the company's top executives. The end-goal will be to drive them to a Marketo landing page. How can we track this activity? Our desire was to not use a form to make it as easy as possible to obtain the content. Apparently PU...

But from what I understand, visitors who use PURLs are not trackable until they've been cookied. So I'm trying to understand how PURLs are useful and can be used as an effective tact...
We rely on the “used by” field of all of our assets to help us determine if it’s OK to delete an asset without it affecting any dependent assets. We also use this information should we need to change that asset (and allow to understand which dependent assets need to be re-reviewed). But I just not...
So it sounds like my only option is to clone the ENTIRE program into a temporary folder, move that folder to desired workspace and then clone the desired asset into the other program in that workspace (and then finally, delete the cloned program). That's a lot of overhead when needing just one asse...
Colleen, it would look something like this:
We're working on an approach where we are using the same landing page/form for all of our channels of a multi-channel program. And then based on a "Channel ID" querystring (that gets populated in a hidden "current lead source" field, we can route activity (campaign flows) into channel-specific prog...
