You're welcome, @neelambakre! Always happy to be of help. Channel setup looks good, but I'm still not sure about the criteria you've used, i.e., Opens and Clicks, since they're not a reliable indication of genuine human engagement. FWIW, you could be marking a lot of people as reached the program su...
I don't think there's an API call to de-link the CO from the places it's being referenced. You can use the Get Custom Object Dependent Assets endpoint to get a list of dependent assets of a custom object type, including their in-instance location. This is useful when removing a CO and you need to id...
Gotcha- that makes sense then. Thanks, @Recho! 🙂
I agree with both things Sandy and Shannon said above! Even with the bot filtering turned on, there's a significant chance that you'd have Clicks and Opens from email scanners/bots. Additionally, with the apt channel progression steps created and marked as success in Admin > Tags and Channel, you ca...
Yes, that's possible! You can pull the filled out form activities using the Activities API (regular/bulk). I think bulk would be a better choice here especially if you have had a lot of form fills.Use the filled out form activity's Activity ID in your GET call. You could get the Activity ID from the...

If this un...
In my opinion, if you have no use for the custom object data, it should be safe to delete it. Even if the person data is recreated, Marketo will not reassociate those custom object records with the respective person record. Additionally, AFAICT, Marketo imposes a limit of approximately 2 million rec...
As @ShannonKelly1 said, you should not have any issue in changing the Marketo instances connected with the Salesforce org. Nevertheless, this is without a doubt a big undertaking, and you should work with a consultant if you're dubious about it. SFDC sync is one of the crucial aspects of Marketo set...
I agree with Sandy. In this case, with all the other things with the SFDC-Marketo integration working correctly, people getting deleted from Marketo as soon as they're re-created seems a very plausible explanation.
