What exactly do you mean by "stuck in wait step"? Technically, people will come out of the wait step only after they're done waiting for the stipulated time. If you re-request the campaign for people, they will start from the flow step#1 if and only if the campaign's Qualification rule in the Schedu...
With the native sync, a Marketo-only record won’t sync with the CRM unless you sync it with the CRM explicitly (using Sync Person to Microsoft flow step) or it gets synced through the implied sync actions (e.g., Add to Microsoft Campaign flow step). Once records are synced with CRM, the native sync ...
@anne_sample_f5, that makes sense! Thank you for getting back. Hope you were able to update the users and the expiresAt datetime format worked for you. If not, feel free to let us know and we'd be more than happy to help. 🙂
Hey, @Danielle_Wong! Engagement programs reference emails via their email asset ID and not by their name/content in them. So, even if you completely change the content/name/etc., if the person has already been sent the email, the engagement program won't send them again. As you would know, ID is a s...
Would this allow for different types of emails? Would be looking to send a different emails as the client hits 6/12/18/etc month milestones.Yes! As a matter of fact, with the email assets as stream content, engagement programs don't re-send the email if it was already sent to a person previously. It...

Woah- never seen this! @nsildeyna, as Sandy says, you should open a P1 support ticket! I'd also include this video so that they're clear as to what is happening.
In future 6 months will qualify anyone whose "Client End Date" is non-empty and is any value in the range of today till 6 months from today. If their "Client End Date" is any date that is not in this timeframe (if it's in the future after 6 months or in the past), they'll not qualify. So, using this...
Good point, Sandy! @nsildeyna, when we say drag, we literally mean it (not just copying its as-is name from the tree), i.e., you should click the field in the object tree, hold, and drag the field into the editor. See the snapshot below for reference.
For velocity to be able to parse and assign values you must use the $ reference and and not the token reference bein used elsewhere (e.g., emails, landing pages, etc). Use the below script (of course with the "Belonging Increase" field selected in the object tree on the right of the velocity editor)...
