Does it sync Completed status if you wait for a few hours and try again? I second Sandy's concern about the updating time post-linking program with Marketo -- that might throw off the sync process.

I agree—this reply isn't very helpful. They should have provided more details about the cause and the specific campaign they're referring to. I haven't encountered this issue while working with Engagement Programs. Hopefully, you're not experiencing it anymore.

@kgarcia, just an FYI that when you first add an email/program in your Engagement program, they're added as deactivated content in the stream. You need to activate it before you can use it.

No, you can still create archive folders like you used to -- it's just that when you move active campaigns (scheduled batch/trigger) in it (within a program/independent campaign), Marketo will auto-deactivate them so you don't have to manually deactivate/clear schedule of campaigns.
