    Hi Val,Thanks! So it's an ISP if it is not bolded, and a company if it is. Thank you for clarifiying and for the link!I didn't realize Amazon was an ISP - could that be kindles?

    It's happened to me too! Last Friday, it happened twice. I just ended up close out of Marketo and signing back in which fixed it. Next time it happens I will be sure to call support to log the issue. Thanks!

    Hi, I ran a webpage report and in reviewing the results I've noticed that some lines are bolded and others are not underneath Anonymous Lead. Why is that? But then it's not consistant either. See below, how Amazon.com is bolded - but then I have other Amazon.com not bolded...

    Hi Jason, It's figured out! I needed to copy my code into notepad and remove some invisable formatting that was in the code. Once deleted I c&p back into Marketo and it's fixed!

    Has anyone had issues with tokens automatically double spacing?I've inserted the tokens for out account representatives signature block (name, email address, title and phone number) and I can not select single space. I'm not sure why this is happening. Would I need to change the HTML code?

    Veronica, the emails are being sent from outlook not Marketo. I tried Jason's suggestions above and looks like the email was added to Marketo and also unsubscribed. Is this a good way to handle?
