Emails published to Sales Insight

Does anyone know of a way to run a report or list generation of all Marketo created emails that are published to Sales Insight?

1. If you have access to the design studio, you can click on the Emails rollup (with the plus sign for expanding) in the left navigation window.
2. This will bring up a list of all emails in the window on the right. NOTE: Emails with the email icon and a green arrow in the Sales Insight column indicate that they are published to sales insight.
3. In that window, click on the Sales Insight column and choose sort descending. This will sort all published emails to the top and give you a list of all the emails you have published to sales insights.

What about emails that are in Marketing Activities as part of different programs?

All emails will be listed in the scenario outlined above whether they were created in Marketing Activities or Design Studio.

NOTE: This view of emails in the Design Studio also comes in handy for mass approving, unapproving and deleting emails.

What if I want to take those emails and 'unpublish' them to SalesInsight?

No problem! Unfortunately, there is no bulk way to publish or unpublish to Sales Insight. You will have to edit draft and change the email settings to unpublish them.

thanks a lot, Joe, for some reason this method does not show ALL of the emails that we have published in our SI, e.g. for Workspace X I have 20 emails published and I can see them all in Salesforce, but in Design Studio only two emails appear in the list as published in the SI. Do you know why this could be happening?
