i think if your zoom account is X years old, you'll have the legacy marketo connectors available in the API, any accounts created since X dont have the legacy API connectors available. Its been 3 months now and Zoom havent been able to address any of the tickets i've submitted - so given up on connecting to Marketo via the legacy API. ... View more

Yep so in the new launchpoint integration - you cant use zoom registration pages: Note: To track and perform campaign actions on registrants, registrations should be done from a Marketo landing page. Registrations done from a Zoom landing page will not synch to Marketo. Annoyingly - they've removed the API integration points elsewhere in zoom so the "old" method of doing the integration doesnt seem possible. Frustratingly zoom now seems less capable as a result. ... this has been done by Adobe on the AEM side now: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-learn/forms/aem-forms-with-marketo/part1.html   it requires AEM6.5 to be setup so i'll have to go thru an updgrade cycle to be able to utilize but keen to get this one working! ... View more

thanks Dan Stevens.‌ and Ravi Ansal‌ - agreed it wasnt great and the custom is more flexible - but its frustrating when other systems (Tableau) have good out of the box reporting - and the Microsoft Power BI page is still up saying:   Connect and view your data with pre-built Power BI and Marketo dashboards and reports in a matter of minutes. Hopefully the PowerBI team bring out something good for the Adobe (and thinking of the wider ecosystem I suspect we may see more movement around PowerBI + Adobe integration vs PowerBI + Marketo integration. As both a marketo and AEM customer - it would be helpful if there was a thread on what customers of both would be interested in Regarding DAM - this could be super useful -but one of our problems is from an SEO/leadgen perspective DAM is a bit "open" and Marketo its easier to gate stuff. If we could automatically gate content in the DAM and manage that content to design teams that would be awesome (ie DAM holds all our content, but design team can interface with it and update content easily & marketo users can select the latest greatest content.) ...
