Forms 2.0 has built-in lightbox functionality. Search for "lightbox" at http://developers.marketo.com/documentation/websites/forms-2-0/.

I would suggest doing a Web Activity report showing anonymous leads, rather than trying to hone in on your record. How do you know that "your" record is cookied on the Clicktools page?
If you're asking whether you can send a Marketo email using the API, yes you can.
When I visit that page, I do see a Munchkin 'Visit Web Page' action being logged every time. When you look for the activity, are you making sure to show Anonymous leads?
