Great tip about building a center of excellence with the cloneable programs. We had been setting up cloneable programs on a workspace-by-workspace basis, but I now have a clean set in our Default workspace that we can clone across to quickly set them up for a new workspace!

Yes, that's correct. The newly reimported lead will have unsubscribed = true.
Hi Dan, yes - that's what the "durable unsubscribe" does. It remembers that the email address was unsubscribed before it was deleted, so if it's reimported it will remain unsubscribed.
Thanks, Greg! From what I saw on another thread the actual email addresses associated with the durable unsubscribe can't be seen/exported (once the lead records are deleted). Our use case for retaining the list of unsubscribed emails is primarily for use outside Marketo - to provide unsubscribed ema...
