Can you share a screenshot of your program in marketo so we can see the statuses listed? Same with the statuses in SFDC?Silly question but are you linking the SFDC campaign to the marketo program directly via the program summary tab?

You can set up a field that hides the user from the CRM sync, and then use a smart campaign to check that box. For example, we have "Sync to Maketo?"
