To answer my own question: by having my ticket open I got a notification that the patch was released and I needed to re-authenticate G2W. It didn't work and I updated my ticket and heard from Support that others continue to see issues.
Love the information about filling out a form for yourself or others! I used another system that made this incredibly easy, so it was a mind-set change when I started using Marketo which has great tracking ability, but wasn't aware that you could separate those out!
How do I get on that email so when the next patch is deployed I'm aware? I have a support ticket open for this issue.
It's so easy to forget to make sure the plain text email looks nice! Good reminder to have that as part of your overall checklist.
