Interestingly enough - this seems to really only impact Trigger campaigns.With some testing it seems that Batch campaigns will still send the email(s) out even if technically the Program Status cannot be sent backwards.

So in theory if I wanted all steps to be allowed to flow through multiple times, I should set it something like this:- Added to Program - 10- Sent Email - 10- Delivered Email - 10- Opened Email - 10Are there any downsides to this setup from a functionality standpoint?

Ah apologies, let me re-phrase that:Essentially this would assign the score of 1-3 with a Data Change and then all recipients would receive the email just with the different personalization based on the score.Oh, there's randomization in Velocity? Fair point - that is true.I think it's more that from my Program setup I can see that there's say 300 people that are "active" in the program flow, but can't on a glance see what portion of the flow those 300 are in. Maybe I need to build out more Program Status "gates" per-se to gauge where people ...
