With the caveat that we have a pretty robust InfoSec team and policy, this is our process:1. Person emails privacy@, or whoever in the company received the initial request forwards to privacy@2. Privacy@ triggers a Jira ticket, which is managed by an InfoSec team member3. Team member verifies the le...
That's weird...you should be able to use Add to SFDC Campaign just fine even if the Salesforce Campaign Sync is enabled in Admin. You might want to open a support ticket.

I agree, it's ridiculous that Marketo can't support GCal. Other platforms (including GoToWebinar) have no problem with this.As a workaround, I don't use the built-in Marketo token. I create links on AddEvent.com, and then add those links to Marketo. It's more work, but it's a better use case.

However, she's going to do best with access to an instance so she can create test programs. Best to learn by doing! This infographic is super helpful for anyone changing platforms: https:/...
The thing to understand about a Preference Center is that you have to manage it internally. Everything is based off field value and smart lists. It is very easy to ignore preferences when sending an email if you're not careful.I recommend coming up with a strategy and documenting it. Brainstorm ever...
