Please submit a support ticket when you run into a bug. The only way Marketo can know of bugs is if enough people experience the same issue.
Yeah this one is a little tricky. The way to get around it would be to create a smart campaign for people who are not members of the program, and then your choice is "if member of smart list"
Have you looked into the activity log of the program members to see if there are any sync errors? FWIW, I've had a lot of trouble with the native Marketo Program / SFDC Campaign sync, I now use the flow step method for all campaigns.
I don't think Marketo support is going to give you any more information.I would ask Pathable for as much documentation as possible about their Marketo integration, and ask to talk to a customer reference who has used Pathable and Marketo.
There are some third-party tools that will pull a RSS feed of your blog into emails, I have not used Digesto but that's a popular one
I searched Pathable on https://launchpoint.marketo.com/ and didn't find anything. It doesn't necessarily mean that their Marketo integration is not good, it just has not been approved by Marketo.
