We don't have any Marketo programs or SFDC campaigns for channels such as social, content syndication, etc. We have a PB in SFDC that stamps the UTMs to the campaign member and we report on that. That way you're not conflating attribution for the content vs the channel.
I would do a couple things: - Make sure you don't have any batch emails scheduled that day- Turn off your Engagement nurtures on the bank holiday and turn them back on the next day- Hmm...trying to think how this would work if you have any drip emails that are not Engagement program
Folder creation is not part of the permission set. Anyone can create folders.
However if they become a member of a Program when they subscribe then you should be able to report on Program Member date
There's not an easy way to get this data. We have a field for "Blog Subscriber Date" that gets stamped every time someone subscribes to the blog and can report on this.
If you can cleanly identify which nurture someone should be in, a Segmentation can help with this. For example, we have an Executive Sponsor nurture and a Practitioner nurture.
